What is life coaching ?

Life coaching is a way of dealing with a situation that seems insurmountable during a period of change or crisis. It's a relationship based on individual, personalized support.

Life coaching draws on a person's own resources to help them achieve their pre-defined goals. The focus is on the "how" rather than the "why".

Through this process, people deepen their potential and improve their performance. They are then able to draw on their own resources and solve their own problems on their own.

How a coaching session works

A coaching session is based on listening, questioning and the mirror effect. The aim is to help you put in place an "action plan" that will enable you to achieve your goals and open up new avenues.

Over the course of the sessions, thanks to active listening and targeted questioning, you'll gradually become aware of your emotional states and be able to break down the fears, beliefs and uncertainties that were slowing you down or blocking you.

The first condition for change is to WANT it.
The results can be much faster than you imagine.
